As part of Liepāja's 400th anniversary, Spring Restaurant Week will take place from April 11 to 20, when the gastronomic history of Liepāja will be revived for ten days. The event will span two weekends, inviting Liepāja residents and visitors to enjoy unique meals in Liepāja's best restaurants and cafés. This year, 23 Liepāja restaurants and cafés will participate in the event, offering specially designed multi-course menus inspired by the ancient recipes of Liepāja and Lower Kurzeme, which highlight traditional flavours in a modern perspective.
