On September 7, the biggest running festival in Vidzeme region of the year will take place in Valmiera - Valmiera Green Half Marathon!
The streets, parks and forests of Valmiera will provide opportunities to enjoy the freedom of running for everyone – young and old, experienced runners and beginners! The main distance is a half marathon (21.0975 km), 10 km, 5 km and a mile (1.609 km), as well as the opportunity to take part in the event for the youngest runners on 300-1000m tracks. Nordic walkers are also invited to participate in the event!
