Daugavpils State City Municipality offers space for conferences and seminars with the 320 seats and an area of 299 m2. The chairs are set up in a theatre style layout. The conference room is on the 1st floor.
There is a cafe in the foyer that can be used for coffee breaks. A wardrobe, ramp and a toilet for people with special needs are available.
