Daugavpils City Municipality Institution "Vienības nams" (Unity House) is the organizer and implementer of many events, including international events.
The Unity House ensures the continuity of the cultural process, it organizes state and city, as well as annual celebrations and concerts, educational and entertainment events. The Unity House offers rooms for conferences and seminars, with partial equipment (available screen, microphone, internet connection). The large concert hall with a capacity of up to 300 people and a small hall with a capacity of up to 30 people.
