3 cooks, 3 musketeers, holy trinity, 3 men in a boat. More than ten years ago, we, 3 chefs, opened a restaurant in the old Swedish barracks, in the premises of the former us ambassador's residence. Without investors, but with ambitions to serve delicious, seasonal and modern Latvian food. Our friends lent equipment, paintings, tables and chairs. To our surprise, all the tables were full on the first day! And so, we continue, prepare and wait for you to visit!
Paying special attention to the seasonality of products and respecting the significance of each product, restaurant chef Pavel Skopa strives to highlight the characteristics of the product and to create an exciting taste experience for every guest. Our team forms a special bond with people who help the restaurant source nature's treasures, which we then proudly prepare and present to our guests. The restaurant offers a tasting menu featuring the best dishes of the moment from three chefs. Additionally, the restaurant offers cooking together masterclasses with the chef and tours with tastings, both at Riga Central Market and Āgenskalns Market, with active guest participation, allowing guests to discover and see Latvia through the chef's perspective.
