TAILS - a new seafood restaurant located in the heart of Riga’s Art Nouveau quarter. The space boasts three areas: the classic dining room, private dining room - banquet hall and a Raw Bar counter opposite the open kitchen, also known as the Chef’s Table. Our cuisine’s specialty is implementing the Dry-Aging process, when fish is aged from several days to weeks, transforming its texture and adding a remarkable depth to flavour.
